Authentic Yuba Tofu
Established in 1894, we continue to uphold traditional methods. We use carefully selected domestic soybeans and traditional techniques to produce tofu and fresh yuba (tofu skin). Our signature product, the pure cotton tofu, is so popular that it receives orders from chefs nationwide. It is characterized by its exceptionally smooth texture, unlike typical cotton tofu. In our restaurant, you can enjoy creative tofu dishes in private rooms.
